Role Overview
Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Consultant at Emrb.
Role Purpose
Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments while building custom integrations, reports, and data migration processes that optimize system performance and scalability across multiple modules.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Build and customize reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions using Fusion technology stack (OTBI, BIP, FBDI, ADFDI, Groovy, VBCS, Page Composer, Application Composer).
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules (HCM, Finance, SCM, Procurement, etc.).
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and extensions while following Oracle best practices and extensibility frameworks.
Integration & Data Management
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), SOA, and other middleware tools.
- Handle data migration and conversion activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and loading using FBDI, HDL, and other tools.
Optimization & Support
- Optimize queries, reports, and processes for better performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and performance problems in Fusion ERP environments.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any software-related field.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion technical tools: SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI, Web Services, Visual Builder, and OIC.
- Hands-on experience in building integrations and custom reports.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data model, security (roles, data security policies), and cloud architecture.
- Good understanding of database concepts.
- Good understanding of data conversion and migration strategies and tools.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Java concepts (SE and EE).
- Knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
- Knowledge of React JS.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
