Oracle FCCS & TRCS Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Overview

Oracle FCCS & TRCS Techno-Functional Consultant at NMC Healthcare. This role bridges finance teams and technical capabilities, optimizing financial close processes, intercompany eliminations, and tax calculations for the organization.

Role Purpose

Maintain and enhance Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) by configuring consolidation processes, automating tax reporting, integrating data, delivering financial statement reporting, and ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Solution & Best Practices

• Lead the technical solution of Oracle FCCS and TRCS, ensuring best practices.
• Manage metadata updates.

Consolidation Configuration

• Develop and optimize ODR business rules, configurable consolidation rules and calculations for consolidation processes.
• Configure and manage intercompany eliminations and plug account functionality.
• Perform Smart View analysis for Goodwill, SOCE, Cash Flow, and other financial reports.

Data Integration & Pipelines

• Design and maintain data integration and pipelines between FCCS, TRCS, ERP, and other reporting and EPM systems.
• Experience in data integration, EPM Automate, and scripting for automation.

Security & Access Controls

• Configure and manage user security in FCCS, ensuring proper access controls.

Reporting & Analysis

• Develop and enhance reports for financial analysis and reporting.
• Oversee financial master data management, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Provide strong analytical skills for variance analysis, reconciliation, and data validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot financial data issues, ensuring accurate reporting.

Tax Reporting & Automation

• Support Tax Reporting TRCS application and variance analysis for financial close processes.
• Support tax reporting automation using Oracle TRCS, including tax provisioning, transfer pricing, and country-by-country reporting (CbCR).

Financial Close & Compliance

• Support month-end financial consolidation and statutory reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other regulatory reporting standards.
• Experience with audit compliance, regulatory reporting, and financial statement preparation.

Stakeholder Management & Training

• Work closely with finance teams to streamline consolidation, tax reporting, data validations and reporting.
• Provide training and documentation to business users on system functionalities, reporting tools, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working closely with finance, tax, and IT teams.
• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM (FCCS, TRCS, or HFM) with 5+ large-scale implementations.
• Strong expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, and tax reporting.

Certifications

• Oracle EPM certifications in FCCS and TRCS (desirable).

Compliance Knowledge

• Knowledge of financial compliance standards (IFRS, GAAP, SOX, VAT, Corporate Tax regulations) (desirable).

Skills & Competencies

• Deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle FCCS and TRCS.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, and tax automation.
• Hands-on experience with business rule development, consolidation methods, and tax provisions.
• Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Management Reporting (MR).
• Experience in data integration, EPM Automate, and scripting for automation.
• Strong analytical skills for variance analysis, reconciliation, and data validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
