Role Purpose
Deliver clinical optometric services and patient care while supporting retail operations and driving customer engagement through accurate eye examinations, prescription recommendations, and eyewear education.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services
- Perform accurate eye examinations, refractive assessments, and diagnose vision conditions.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure compliance with retail and clinical standards.
Customer Education & Sales Support
- Educate customers on lens options, prescription eyewear recommendations, and eye care best practices.
- Support retail sales teams with product knowledge and assist in the selection process when necessary.
Engagement & Development
- Participate in in-store promotional activities and initiatives to drive customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new equipment, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Optometry and valid local licensing.
- Minimum 2 years of retail or commercial optometry background.
