Role Overview
Medical Representative for Ophthalmology Central at Tamer Group.
Role Purpose
Represent Ophthalmology Central products and services to healthcare providers, build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and drive sales growth within assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Establish and maintain relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals in assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential client accounts.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts with healthcare facilities and practitioners.
Account Management
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support and product education to clients.
Territory Management
- Manage assigned geographic territory to maximize market penetration.
- Plan and organize regular visits to healthcare providers and facilities.
- Track market trends and competitor activity within territory.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity summaries for management.
- Document product feedback and market intelligence for product development team.
