Role Overview
Operator & License Owner for Stranger Soccer in Bahrain. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to launch, manage, and grow Stranger Soccer's football platform in your local market while building community impact.

Stranger Soccer makes playing football simple, flexible, and accessible through a mobile app where players can discover nearby games, book a spot, and turn up to play. Founded in Singapore, Stranger Soccer operates in 10+ cities worldwide and has hosted over 100,000 games.
Role Purpose
Lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Bahrain by launching the platform, building local partnerships, recruiting and supporting hosts and team members, driving marketing initiatives, and delivering an outstanding player experience while shaping the operation with autonomy and support from Singapore headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Growth
- Launch Stranger Soccer in Bahrain
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
Partnerships & Venues
- Build partnerships with football venues
- Secure quality playing locations
Team & Community
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
- Lead a growing network of players and Official Hosts
Operations & Experience
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for football and strong understanding of the local football community
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
Skills & Competencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of ownership
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
