Role Overview

Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production equipment and machinery while adhering to Lean Manufacturing principles, occupational health and safety standards, and internal policies to protect personnel, property, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Production

• Understand NFP business environment and objectives.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, and PDCA.
• Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.

Safety & Compliance

• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and standards set forth by Napco.
• Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect humans and property and prevent market losses.

Knowledge & Maintenance

• Maintain knowledge of the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in Napco's maintenance practices.
• Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
