Role Overview
Operator at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Operate Folder and Gluer machines to achieve set production efficiently while meeting customer specifications. Manage order processing, machine setup, quality coordination, and production documentation throughout the manufacturing workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Planning
- Interact with previous operator to understand order status and refer to planning schedule.
- Check if any order is under processing.
- Check FJT and other related production information.
Machine Operations & Setup
- Undertake machine setting with reference to customer specifications and requirements.
- Operate Folder and Gluer machine to achieve set production efficiently.
- Utilize the Flame sealing machine in case of frozen board and milk board cartons.
Production Coordination
- Arrange outer carton boxes according to specifications.
- Arrange pallets with required pallet size with reference to FJT.
- Ensure and coordinate with QC for order start-up check and approval.
Documentation & Labeling
- Generate labels with relevant details and attach on carton boxes.
- Update the Daily Production Report with relevant information.
- Ensure that the QC Inspector frequently updates the report with relevant information.
