Role Overview

Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently while validating documentation, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining quality standards and workplace organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Machine Management

• Operate machine as per Work Instruction to ensure safe and sound runnability.
• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for approval before passing to QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run.
• Sustain the 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace.

Quality & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take necessary action.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Diploma preferred.
• 1 year experience in related tasks.
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.
