Role Overview

Operator at Napco National. This position is for Saudi Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Run the machine safely and efficiently while maintaining low average waste and producing the best quality outcome reachable.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Set the machine properly and perform size changes.
• Run the machine safely and efficiently while minimizing waste.
• Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.

Quality & Conformity

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure conformity of product requirements with standard finished goods specifications.
• Produce the best quality outcome reachable.

Maintenance & Cleaning

• Ensure proper cleaning of the line during the shift and month close.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.

Material Handling

• Ensure proper handling of raw material received, returned, from, and to the Raw Material warehouse.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley, and raw material are in their dedicated place.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety management system.
