Role Overview

Operator position at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery, ensure product quality conformity, maintain line cleanliness, and manage raw materials and finished goods in accordance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Conformity

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specs.

Operations & Machine Management

• Set the machine properly and perform size changes.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.

Production Reporting

• Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.

Material Handling

• Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned from-to Raw Material warehouse.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Ensure proper cleaning of the line during the shift and month close.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Participate at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety management system.
