Role Overview

Operator position at Napco National. This role is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Run the machine safely and efficiently while maintaining low waste averages and producing the best quality output reachable.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Machine Operation

• Set the machine properly and perform size changes.
• Run the machine safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a low average of waste.

Quality & Conformity

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specifications.
• Produce the best quality reachable outcome.

Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Ensure proper cleaning of the line during the shift and month close.
• Ensure the proper handling of raw material received, returned, from, and to the Raw Material warehouse.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley, and raw material are in their dedicated place.

Reporting & Communication

• Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.
