Role Overview

Operator at Napco National. This position is for Saudi nationals only.

Role Purpose

Run the machine safely and efficiently while maintaining a low average of waste and producing the best quality reachable outcome.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Set the machine properly and perform size changes.
• Run the machine safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a low average of waste.
• Produce the best quality reachable outcome.

Quality & Conformity

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specifications.

Maintenance & Housekeeping

• Ensure proper cleaning of the line during the shift and month close.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place.

Material Handling

• Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned from-to raw material warehouse.

Reporting & Communication

• Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
• Consult and participate at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.
