Operations & Sales Executive at Al Gahwa Al Arabiya, managing the Kafu Solution coffee equipment outlet.
Company Overview
Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is a coffee equipment company operating retail outlets specializing in commercial coffee machines, equipment, accessories, and spare parts.
Role Purpose
To manage daily business operations at the outlet while driving sales growth and operational excellence through effective team leadership, customer relationship management, and process improvement in the coffee equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of products and spare parts.
- Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, installations, and after-sales service.
- Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety procedures.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales of commercial coffee machines, coffee equipment, accessories, and spare parts.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance, identify business opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve branch performance.
Team Leadership & Support
- Supervise and support the sales and maintenance teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance of coffee machines with the technical service team.
Customer Service & Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional support and timely communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Continuous Improvement
- Prepare operational reports.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective decision-making and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the coffee machine, coffee equipment, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
- Experience coordinating machine repair, maintenance, and technical service operations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial coffee machines, equipment, accessories, and spare parts is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales or inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales and operational targets.
