Role Overview
Operations Coordinator at Ali & Sons Holding LLC (Eurostar Rent A Car) in the UAE.
Role Purpose
Coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations, manage contracts and documentation, and liaise across customer, sales, fleet, and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and fleet availability.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations and customer requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, delivery, collection, and replacements.
- Monitor fleet availability and ensure timely service delivery.
Contract & Documentation Management
- Manage leasing contracts, renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Liaise with customers, sales, fleet, and operations teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in car rental, vehicle leasing, fleet management, or automotive operations.
- Good knowledge of UAE vehicle leasing and rental processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Additional Information
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
