Role Overview
Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking Operation Executives and Outlet Supervisors to manage coffee machine spare parts and inventory operations.
Role Purpose
Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of coffee machine spare parts to ensure smooth operations, timely inventory availability, and operational efficiency while maintaining accurate records and supporting service and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of coffee machine spare parts and related inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock management.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure spare parts timeously and at optimal costs.
Operations & Collaboration
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to fulfill parts requests efficiently.
Reporting
- Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and procurement activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably with spare parts handling.
- Knowledge of coffee machine components and spare parts is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
