Role Overview
Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is recruiting skilled and passionate Bakers to join the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of professional baking experience, be committed to maintaining high food quality standards, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Role Purpose
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products while ensuring all items meet the company's quality and presentation standards and maintaining safe, hygienic kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Preparation
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in production.
- Ensure all baked items meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
Operations & Equipment
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and inform management of stock requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Baker in a hotel, restaurant, café, or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
