Role Overview
Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator position with CXG, a global customer experience agency. This is a freelance role based in Oman for Omani nationals.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences across cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and automotive sectors, and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and enhance their customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Feedback
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury brand stores.
- Share opinions and observations about luxury retail experiences.
- Provide detailed feedback on customer experience and service delivery.
Brand Advocacy
- Advocate for service excellence in luxury retail environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Arabic fluency required.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Punctuality and organizational capability.
Additional Information
