Role Purpose

Support the recruitment function by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and administrative tasks to enable the talent acquisition team to identify and onboard talent across the IMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Management

• Assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates throughout the recruitment process.

Records & Administration

• Manage records by maintaining and updating recruitment files and organizing CVs.
• Create offer letters and provide ad hoc support for various recruitment tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be enrolled in a university or on a father's visa.
• Should be based in the UAE.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong command of English, written and verbal.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communicator, able to engage with colleagues at all levels.

Additional Information

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, including the flexibility of working remotely and in-office collaboration. All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which the full team will be together in person.
