Role Purpose
You will serve as a brand guardian for Oliver Wyman, stewarding the visual identity and ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints. You will translate organizational perspectives into compelling, audience-centric visuals that inform, engage, and inspire. You will work across diverse projects spanning editorial, digital, data visualization, and motion design, collaborating with senior team members and specialized teams to bring creative concepts to life while developing your technical and creative abilities within an international in-house creative team.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution
- Execute designs across various mediums and project types.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
Brand Stewardship
- Maintain brand consistency in all work.
- Ensure Oliver Wyman visual identity consistency and clarity across every touchpoint.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with global team members on diverse projects.
- Support senior team members in project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Native Arabic speaker; proficiency in Arabic language is essential.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative potential and intentional, strategic design approach.
- Demonstrated ability to align visual decisions to objectives, audience needs, and brand standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of design principles and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
