Role Purpose

Support sovereign investors, asset owners, and fund managers across the region on portfolio and asset allocation strategy, investment operating model and governance design, deal screening and commercial diligence, and the build-out of newly established investment platforms. Deliver industry- and discipline-specific knowledge and expertise to develop sustainable strategies and cutting-edge policies for top companies and governments in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving

• Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and identify key aspects of a problem.
• Direct the focus of junior consultants to critical elements.
• Identify core issues in complex analyses to craft suitable recommendations.
• Plan and execute analysis effectively.

Client & Team Management

• Work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward.
• Manage small teams to execute work.
• Provide unique insight into subject areas to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or other similar organizations.
• Experience in investment advisory, sovereign wealth funds, asset management, or institutional investments.
• Preferred: direct exposure to capital deployment, asset allocation, or investment operating model work.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.

Skills & Competencies

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
