Role Purpose

The Associate will be a critical member of the consulting team, working side-by-side with clients to support project delivery through high-quality execution, analytical rigor, and synthesis of insights. The role offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with relevant prior experience in Life Sciences (pharmaceuticals, MedTech, biotechnology), with emphasis on commercial strategy, digital and technology, and operations improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Manage the execution of individual project workstreams, including developing hypotheses and managing data collection.
• Create models and conduct analyses to surface insights.
• Conduct primary and secondary research.
• Creatively tackle information limitations.

Insights and Delivery

• Synthesize findings into written presentations.
• Review and discuss findings with clients and other stakeholders.
• Support the Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality execution.

Leadership and Development

• Coach consultants and help them develop their skill sets.
• Lead and manage teams while delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments.

Reporting and Guidance

• Report to Engagement Managers and Principals.
• Effectively seek guidance for technical expertise and senior-level advice on project execution and client engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Four to five years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
• Prior experience in health-related topics.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• MD and/or other clinical degree is a plus, but not a requirement.

Skills & Competencies

• Track record of leading and managing teams in fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• State-of-the-art knowledge of Health and Life Sciences topics.
• Initiative, intuition, and creativity.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
