Officer - VTC Reception at Al Ghurair, based in a Vehicle Testing Center reception area.
Role Purpose
Deliver professional front-line customer service in a vehicle testing and registration environment, guiding customers through processes while maintaining facility standards and meeting performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers professionally and assist them with inquiries related to vehicle testing, registration, and inspection services.
- Guide customers through the process and ensure they have the required documents.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Follow RTA regulations, company policies, and customer service standards at all times.
Performance Management
- Achieve the KPI of Mystery Shopper visits.
