Role Overview

Officer - Sales & Service at Al Ghurair, responsible for administrating vehicle sales processes, documentation, and logistics across dealership operations.

Role Purpose

To ensure seamless coordination of vehicle preparation, sales administration, and documentation while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements across all dealership locations.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Preparation & Processing

• Administrate the preparation of new vehicles through the dealer management system.
• Administrate the process of vehicle booking for inspection and preparation.
• Administrate the process of vehicle movement, preparation for sale and display at location, including bodyshop or separate service locations.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all sales vehicle documentation is followed correctly to invoice and in the correct location system with correct location.
• Guide the sales team in process, compliance to AG Auto policies and legal requirements.
• Administrate the process of sales after booking.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with the sales and service team with progress updates and invoice confirmation.

Fleet Management

• Administrate the registration and vehicle management of demonstrators and courtesy vehicles.
• Facilitate the passing and registration process.
• De-register vehicles at point of purchase or trade-in.

Logistics & Operations

• Manage logistical requirements, driver and valet process.
