Role Overview
Officer - Sales & Service at Al Ghurair, responsible for administrating vehicle sales and service operations across dealer locations.
Role Purpose
To manage vehicle preparation, documentation, movement, and regulatory compliance throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements while coordinating between sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation & Documentation
- Administrate the preparation of new vehicles through the dealer management system.
- Ensure all sales vehicle documentation is followed correctly to invoice and in the correct location system with correct location.
- Administrate the process of vehicle movement, preparation for sale and display at location, including bodyshop or separate service locations.
Vehicle Booking & Inspection
- Administrate the process and vehicle booking for inspection and preparation.
- Liaise with the sales and service team with progress update and invoice confirmation.
Sales Process Management & Compliance
- Administrate the process of sales after booking.
- Guide the sales team in process, compliance to AG Auto policies and legal requirements.
Fleet Administration
- Administrate the registration and vehicle management of demonstrators and courtesy vehicles.
- De-register vehicles at point of purchase or trade-in.
- Facilitate the passing and registration process.
Operations & Logistics
- Manage logistical requirements, driver and valet process.
