Role Overview
Officer - Retail Rentals at Emarat (Emirates General Petroleum). This role acts as a liaison between management, service station dealers, and tenants, ensuring all leasing agreements and legal requirements are met in line with Emarat policies and regulations.
Role Purpose
Support leasing operations and manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with leasing agreements, optimize revenue, and maintain the quality and functionality of leased spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Operations
- Manage tenant relationships to support leasing operations.
- Handle lease renewals and agreements.
- Contribute to revenue optimization.
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with leasing agreements and legal requirements.
- Maintain attention to detail in contract and compliance matters.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Support negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Property Management
- Maintain the quality and functionality of leased spaces.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant administrative or leasing experience.
- Exceptional candidates may be considered with slightly less experience.
