Role Overview

Role Purpose
Support the administration, processing, and customer service functions of insurance and bancassurance products offered through the bank.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Support administration and processing of insurance products offered through the bank.
- Assist customers with insurance product queries and documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with insurance partners on policy issuance and claims matters.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in insurance or bancassurance operations preferred.
Skills & Competencies
