Role Overview
Office Assistant at Ali & Sons Holding LLC (Amwaj Jewellery). This role supports daily administrative operations, provides hospitality services, and maintains a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
Role Purpose
To provide efficient office support and hospitality services while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Refreshments
- Provide refreshments and hospitality services to employees and visitors in a professional manner.
Mail & Correspondence
- Distribute incoming mail and collect outgoing correspondence promptly and accurately.
- Deliver mail, messages, documents, and packages between departments as required.
Facilities & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and all related equipment and supplies.
- Ensure office premises are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Administrative Support
- Assist with general administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar Office Assistant, Office Boy/Girl, or administrative support role.
- High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Good organizational abilities.
