Role Purpose
To drive property sales and client relationships in Dubai's fast-paced real estate market by qualifying prospects, arranging viewings, negotiating deals, and building long-term client connections.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Qualification
- Conduct daily calls to prospects and clients
- Qualify clients and identify their property needs
- Arrange property viewings and follow-up
Sales & Negotiation
- Negotiate property deals in the fast-paced Dubai real estate market
- List properties on the company CRM
Relationship Management
- Build relationships with clients
- Continuously stay up to date on market developments
Qualifications & Experience
- No specific experience necessary
- Valid driver's license required
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Background in customer service, business development, retail, public services, professional sports, or trades is beneficial but not required
