Role Overview
OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) with Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas position supporting operations in a host nation environment.

Role Purpose
Escort and monitor un-cleared Local National and Other Country National (LN/OCN) personnel into designated work areas, maintain accountability of all personnel and vehicles, and ensure compliance with force protection, safety, and security protocols throughout their time on base.
Key Responsibilities
Escort Operations
- Perform a wide range of Local National/Other Country National escorting coverage.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges.
- Brief LN/OCN personnel on rules and procedures upon arrival.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.
- Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
- Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
- Notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items, including weapons, drugs, and other restricted materials.
- Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
- Maintains an alert state of readiness and is prepared to properly respond to any situation that may occur.
Safety & Welfare
- Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel, such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
General Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- US Citizenship required.
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report.
- Valid US Passport preferred.
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
