OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) with Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas position.

Role Purpose

Escort uncleared Local National and Other Country National personnel into designated work areas, monitor their activities during duty performance, and ensure compliance with security and safety protocols throughout their time on base.

Key Responsibilities

Personnel Management & Monitoring

• Perform a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
• Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
• Notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
• Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges.
• Brief LN/OCN personnel on rules and procedures.
• Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.

Security & Contraband Control

• Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items such as weapons and drugs.
• Maintain an alert state of readiness and prepare to properly respond to any situation that may occur.
• Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.

Safety & Welfare

• Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel.
• Evacuate to protective shelter in case of attack.
• Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.

Duration & Completion

• Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.

General Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• US Citizenship required.
• Valid US Passport preferred.
• Valid US Driver's License with good driving report required.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
• Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
• Ability to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.
• Alert situational awareness.
• Personnel supervision and communication.
