Role Overview
OCN Monitor/Escort with Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas position supporting security and personnel management operations.

Role Purpose
Escort un-cleared Local National and Other Country National (LN/OCN) personnel into designated areas and monitor their activities while performing work duties. Maintain security protocols, log personnel entry and exit, and ensure compliance with base rules and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Escorting & Personnel Management
- Perform a wide range of Local National/Other Country National escorting coverage.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after processing and badge issuance; provide and brief them on rules and procedures.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all LN/OCN personnel have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
- Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items, including weapons and drugs.
- Maintain an alert state of readiness and properly respond to any situation that may occur.
- Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
Communication & Coordination
- Notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
General Duties
- Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel, such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Valid U.S. Passport (preferred).
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with good driving report.
- Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
Skills & Competencies
- Able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
