Role Overview
OCN Monitor/Escort with Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas position providing local national and other country national (LN/OCN) escort and monitoring services at forward operating locations.

Role Purpose
Escort un-cleared LN/OCN personnel into designated work areas, maintain visual oversight during duty performance, and ensure compliance with security protocols, force protection procedures, and base safety standards throughout their assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Personnel Escort & Processing
- Perform a wide range of LN/OCN escorting coverage.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after processing and receipt of exchange badges.
- Provide and brief LN/OCN personnel on applicable rules and procedures.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, work zone is purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all LN/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
- Count personnel before and after duties are performed.
- Notify appropriate personnel of the number of people and vehicles being escorted.
Security & Contraband Control
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto base any prohibited or contraband items, including weapons, drugs, and related materials.
- Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments from LN/OCNs.
- Maintain an alert state of readiness and prepare to properly respond to any situation that may occur.
Safety & Oversight
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.
- Provide for safety and welfare of self and escorted personnel, including evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
General Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- US Citizenship required.
- Valid US Passport preferred.
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report required.
- Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements as outlined in USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Ability to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.
