Role Overview
OCN Monitor/Escort with Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas position supporting operations in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.

Role Purpose
Escort uncleared Local National and Other Country National (LN/OCN) personnel into restricted areas, monitor their activities during work, and ensure compliance with security protocols and force protection procedures throughout their time on base.
Key Responsibilities
Escort Operations
- Perform a wide range of Local National/Other Country National escort coverage.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after processing and badge issuance; provide briefing on rules and procedures.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all personnel have exited base or returned to camps.
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel during escort duties.
- Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
- Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring prohibited or contraband items onto base, including weapons and drugs.
- Maintain an alert state of readiness and prepare to respond properly to any situation that may occur.
- Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
Safety & Reporting
- Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel, including evacuation to protective shelter in case of attack.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
- Notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- US Citizenship required.
- Valid US Passport preferred.
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report.
- Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements as outlined in USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Ability to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
