Role Overview
OCN Monitor/Escort position with Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas role providing Local National and Other Country National personnel escort and monitoring services.

Role Purpose
Escort un-cleared personnel into designated areas and monitor their activities during work assignments. Log entry and exit of all LN/OCN contractors, maintain personnel and vehicle counts, and notify appropriate personnel of escort details.
Key Responsibilities
Escort Operations
- Perform a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges.
- Provide briefing on rules and procedures to LN/OCN personnel.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all LNs/OCNs have exited base or returned to camps.
- Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
- Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
- Notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
Security & Contraband
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items, including weapons and drugs.
- Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
- Maintain an alert state of readiness and be prepared to properly respond to any situation that may occur.
Safety & Welfare
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.
- Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel, such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
General Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- US Citizenship required.
- Valid US Passport preferred.
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
