OCN Monitor (Escort) with Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas position supporting operations in USCENTCOM areas of responsibility.

Role Purpose

Escort and monitor uncleared Local National and Other Country National (LN/OCN) personnel into designated areas, maintain accountability of all personnel and vehicles, ensure compliance with security and safety protocols, and provide protective oversight during all assigned work activities.

Key Responsibilities

Escort and Monitoring Operations

• Perform a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage.
• Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges.
• Provide briefing to LN/OCN personnel on rules and procedures.
• Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
• Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.

Security and Compliance

• Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items, including weapons, drugs, and other restricted materials.
• Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
• Maintain an alert state of readiness and prepare to properly respond to any situation that may occur.

Safety and Welfare

• Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel, such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack.
• Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.

Accountability and Reporting

• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
• Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
• Notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.

General Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Valid U.S. Passport (preferred).
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with good driving report.
• Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
• Ability to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.
