Role Overview
Laborer Foreman at KBR, supporting Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain. This is a full-time, onsite position with full-time deployment.

Role Purpose
The Laborer Foreman supports the General Foreman in overseeing labor crew operations by providing input to identify key success factors and ensuring effective execution of work activities. The role establishes and maintains the organizational structure and processes necessary to deliver labor services in alignment with project objectives, and is responsible for the execution of labor operations including productivity, quality, subcontractor performance, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate work performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, design specifications, project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review and track cost and man-hour budgets for installation activities and develop equipment requirement plans in coordination with the General Foreman.
- Maintain short-term look-ahead plans and proactively address any deviations or challenges.
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate project status, issues, risks, and cost impacts to the General Foreman and project team, providing recommendations to support decision-making.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote and enforce adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be a US citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically 5 or more years of construction or labor experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in contingency environments.
- Knowledge and experience working with government contracts.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and cost control methods.
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work long hours in support of mission requirements.
