Role Overview
Non Trade Accountant at Tamer Group.
Role Purpose
Support financial operations and accounting functions across the organization, handling non-trade accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
- Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure reconciliations are completed.
- Prepare and review financial documentation and supporting schedules.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Compile financial data for internal and external reporting requirements.
- Support audit processes and provide documentation to auditors.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor internal controls and flag discrepancies or irregularities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Stakeholder Support
- Respond to financial inquiries from internal departments and management.
- Coordinate with other accounting team members and external parties.
- Provide timely information to support business decision-making.
