Role Overview

Nexthink DEX Expert at DeepSource Technologies, based in Riyadh, KSA. The role manages and supports the Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform across enterprise customer environments.

Role Purpose

Design, implement, administer, optimize, and support the Nexthink platform to ensure effective monitoring and continuous improvement of the digital employee experience across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Implementation

• Design Nexthink DEX solutions across enterprise environments.
• Implement Nexthink DEX solutions across enterprise environments.

Administration & Optimization

• Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform.
• Optimize Nexthink configurations and platform performance.
• Continuously optimize the platform to improve the overall digital employee experience.
• Manage and optimize Nexthink environments independently.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Monitor and support the Digital Employee Experience environment.
• Support enterprise customers in utilizing Nexthink capabilities effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Nexthink-related issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Nexthink DEX.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience working with Nexthink and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Nexthink design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support.
• Experience working within enterprise customer environments.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
• Ability to manage and optimize Nexthink environments independently.
