Role Overview
MWR & CAC/LRC Specialist with Intrepid Global Solutions, based in a deployed location.

Role Purpose
Conduct morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) activities and cashier operations twice daily across service locations, enabling all shifts to participate. Manage resale activities, host special events, and ensure all facilities and programs meet regulatory and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Cashier & Resale Operations
- Provide cashier services as part of resale and retail operations.
- Handle resale requirements including alcohol sales.
- Count customers and maintain accurate transaction records.
Facility Management & Maintenance
- Maintain all MWR facilities in a clean, sanitary, healthy, and professional manner free of dust, dirt, debris, clutter, and trash.
- Verify all supplies necessary to provide complimentary items are properly stocked.
- Ensure complimentary consumable items such as popcorn are provided to customers at all times.
Recreation & Events Programming
- Conduct weekly recreational events including bingo, Texas Hold'em, foosball, dominoes, spades, bid whiz, karaoke, pizza night, pool, ping pong, and video game tournaments.
- Develop and run tournaments.
- Use food giveaways such as complimentary pizza, subs, and donuts to enhance scheduled programs.
- Be knowledgeable of regulations and rules of play regarding all weekly recreational activities and tournaments hosted within facilities.
- Check in and check out games.
- Play movies and provide information on upcoming trips and tours.
- Provide information on upcoming events.
- Decorate for holidays.
MWR Special Events
- Host MWR special events including organizing, marketing, setup and teardown of equipment and decorations.
- Provide audiovisual support for events.
- Arrange for reservation of a staging area for entertainers.
- Arrange and provide transportation of entertainers (estimated maximum of 20) between point of arrival and the base and during their stay on base, using qualified licensed drivers and vehicles.
- Escort entertainers to and from events.
- Provide labor and supervision to support events as required.
Guest Services
- Promptly answer all guest inquiries.
General Operations
- Perform other related duties needed or required to support the mission.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.
- Valid US Passport preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of regulations and rules of play for recreational activities and tournaments.
- Customer service and guest inquiry management.
- Event organization and coordination.
Additional Information
Security & Compliance
- Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, including vaccination for COVID-19 as outlined in Paragraph 1.A. of the USCENTCOM JAN 22 MOD SIXTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for UAE.
Work Environment
- Travel: 100%, in deployed location.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
