Role Overview
Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Immunology Gulf Countries at Sanofi, Dubai, UAE. This is a field-based position within the General Medicines Medical team.

Role Purpose
Serve as the extension of the medical function in the field by building and developing enduring, win-win relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions across Dubai. Create constructive partnerships that disseminate scientific information and generate valuable insights aligned with overall medical strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals and institutions across Dubai, exchanging medical and scientific information for the therapeutic area during one-to-one interactions and group settings.
- Organize and engage Key Opinion Leaders and Healthcare Professionals during local group scientific meetings including hospital staff meetings and webinars according to the Stakeholder Engagement plan, aligned with the Country Medical plan.
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions through scientific engagement and exchange in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
- Develop and execute individual stakeholder engagement plans, aligned with the Medical Plan, generating high-value, actionable insights and proposing solutions.
Medical Communication & Strategy
- Communicate the clinical value of therapeutic area products to population-health and formulary decision-makers as applicable.
- Provide high-quality, accurate, balanced, and directed information to key customers and stakeholders in response to unsolicited requests.
- Support investigators in Investigator-Initiated Request submissions and management of local advisory boards.
Evidence & Collaboration
- Contribute to evidence-generation activities, supporting both internal evidence-generation projects and Investigator-Initiated Studies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Medical Advisors, Real World Evidence, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Study Unit, and Medical Information, while maintaining full compliance with company, industry, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer engagement through CRM entries and generate insights reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Gastroenterology or Rhinology experience preferred.
- Experience in stakeholder strategy, planning, and engagement.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in both English and Arabic required.
- Strong scientific exchange capabilities with solid disease and therapeutic area knowledge.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and multiple channels and formats for scientific engagement to maximize stakeholder satisfaction and impact.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent transversal collaboration abilities and high learning agility.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
