Role Overview
MRO Training Coordinator at GE Aerospace. This role is based at GE Aerospace facilities, with significant presence in the United Arab Emirates, including offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai Airport Freezone, an On Wing Support Center, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facilities across the country.

Role Purpose
Lead the fulfillment of MRO shop training obligations to customers globally. Interface directly with customers and other GE organizations to develop and ensure execution of training programs including curriculum development, proposal execution, asset management, training delivery, and customer invoicing. Serve as a key part in the development of the external MRO landscape for GE and CFM engines.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interface and Coordination
- Act as the primary focal point to interface with customers and GE personnel on MRO training requests.
- Manage overall schedule of customer MRO training commitments as well as GE and CFM training assets, including engines, modules, and piece parts.
Curriculum and Proposal Development
- Develop training course curriculum for both standardized offerings and customized programs in support of customer campaigns.
- Execute customer training proposals.
- Assist MRO Programs team with training program development for shop set-up and consultancy projects.
Training Delivery
- Conduct a portion of the disassembly and assembly training offerings at customers.
- Coordinate across the GE shop network to align trainer assignments with other customer requests.
- Travel to customer, GE, and partner facilities as necessary to conduct or oversee training and to expand own expertise.
Documentation and Administration
- Issue training attendance documentation and invoices to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience on aircraft engine disassembly and assembly on LEAP or GEnx product.
- Prior experience in training others on engine disassembly and assembly.
- Established project management skills.
- For roles outside of the USA: Advanced experience in training with knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- For roles in the USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s) or Function(s).

- Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing and email management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
