Role Purpose
Ensure that guest room minibars are accurately stocked, maintained, and presented according to hotel standards while providing efficient and discreet service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
Minibar Operations
- Check and replenish minibars in assigned guest rooms according to established par levels and standards.
- Record minibar consumption accurately and ensure charges are posted or communicated according to hotel procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of minibar stock, consumption, and replenishment.
- Maintain proper stock levels and assist with minibar inventory and stock control.
Quality & Compliance
- Check expiry dates, product quality, packaging, and presentation of all minibar items.
- Follow all hotel food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and brand standards.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper rotation of products using FIFO procedures.
Equipment & Environment
- Ensure minibar equipment and storage areas are clean, organized, and hygienic.
- Report missing items, damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or unusual findings promptly.
Guest Service & Privacy
- Follow established procedures when entering occupied rooms and respect all "Do Not Disturb" signs and guest privacy.
- Provide courteous and professional service whenever interacting with guests.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Finance, and Food & Beverage teams when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in minibar, housekeeping, room service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock-control procedures.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic English communication skills.
- Guest-focused and reliable.
- Able to work independently.

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
