Role Overview
MIG/TIG Aluminium Welder at Zeppelin, Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term assignment to strengthen the operations team and support technical excellence within an international environment.

Role Purpose
To perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on aluminium components and structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in welding processes and fabrication quality.
Key Responsibilities
Welding Operations
- Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on aluminium components and structures
- Prepare materials, including cutting, grinding, and fitting aluminium parts
- Produce clean, precise welds with minimal distortion
- Inspect welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements
- Conduct finishing operations such as polishing, deburring, and surface preparation
Equipment & Maintenance
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality
- Use fabrication tools including cutting machines, grinders, and measuring instruments
Collaboration & Improvement
- Collaborate with fabrication, engineering, and production teams to meet project timelines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in welding processes and fabrication quality
- Identify issues early and maintain consistent accuracy
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a clean and hazard-free working environment
- Maintain familiarity with safety standards and best practices in welding operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven expertise in MIG and TIG welding specifically for aluminium
- Experience with fabrication techniques and quality standards
- Experience using fabrication tools and measuring instruments
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and quality standards
- High attention to detail, reliability, and structured working style
- Ability to identify issues early and maintain consistent accuracy
- Good communication skills
- English proficiency preferred
