Middle East Training Contract position at Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm with over 50 offices and 7,000 employees worldwide. Based in Dubai with rotation to London. Recruitment for September 2026 start date.

Role Purpose
Develop as a trainee solicitor through a two-year structured training contract consisting of four six-month seat rotations. Gain practical, hands-on training in multiple legal disciplines and practice areas while working with industry professionals. Build analytical thinking skills and make an informed choice of qualification area based on exposure to diverse legal fields and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Undertake practical and hands-on training in corporate, banking, disputes and other areas of law.
- Complete four six-month seat rotations across different practice areas and offices.
- Engage with tasks and legal issues set by industry professionals to enhance analytical thinking.
- Participate in firm induction to transition from student to work life.
Seat Rotations
- Spend three seats in the Dubai Office.
- Spend one seat in the London Office.
- Gain exposure to as many practices and jurisdictions as possible during the two-year training contract.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed or currently completing the Solicitor Qualifying Examination (SQE). Candidates completing SQE2 must finish before September 2026.
- Achieved at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent.
