Role Overview

Mid-Level All-Source Analyst - Fusion Focus with Bizzell Corporation, deployed to Kuwait for a 6–12 month assignment, with option to extend and take Rest & Recuperation after 6 months of deployment.

Bizzell Corporation provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services under the Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC). These services include Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), and other analytic and target-related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission.

Role Purpose

Support CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations through all-source intelligence analysis, with particular focus on counterintelligence threats, insider threats, and Green on Blue threats in Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and Southwest Asia. Directly support HUMINT and CI operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Intelligence Development

• Develop and analyze potential CI threats, insider threats, and Green on Blue threats.
• Develop all-source association matrices on individuals identified in reporting.
• Construct link diagrams.
• Develop Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) / Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR) / IR analysis of reporting.
• Perform general intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and Southwest Asia regional issues, political/military analysis, and targeting as requested.

Requirements Management

• Log new requirements into tracker.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Associate's Degree AND four years direct relevant experience required.
• Experience: At least four years of analytical experience at the strategic/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
• Former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, OR USMC – 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst OR U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist OR USAF – 14NX Intelligence Officer, 1N0XX Operations Intelligence, 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist, or 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes.
• Clearance: TS/SCI required.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in standard MS computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical intelligence team.
• Strong briefing skills with ability to clearly articulate complex information to senior members of the intelligence community.

Additional Information

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Middle East regional geopolitical science.
• Operational experience in Afghanistan or Iraq.
• Familiarity with SWA regional issues and cultures.
