Role Purpose

Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure, including servers, Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization platforms, and related systems to support organizational operations.

Skills & Competencies

Core Microsoft Administration

• Administer Exchange 2016.
• Manage Windows Server environments (2003, 2008, 2012, 2016).
• Perform problem tracing, log monitoring, installation, and administration.
• Apply MS OS patching.
• Execute OS upgrades.
• Administer Active Directory and domain (Group Policy, Organizational Units, user management, security).

Virtualization & Infrastructure

• Administer Hyper-V and VMWARE.
• Create and administer MS Cluster.
• Configure server RAID.
• Install, configure, and mount server hardware.
• Perform hardware failure checks.
• Conduct hardware troubleshooting.

Systems Management

• Manage SCCM administration.

Basic Knowledge

• Administer LINUX.
• Manage VERITAS NetBackup.
• Manage archiving solutions (Commvault and Enterprise Vault).
• Support RightFax.
• Support Equitrac PMS.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4 or more years of experience in Microsoft System Administration.
• MSCE certification.
