Role Overview
MG After Sales Walk-In Interview. Inter Emirates Motors (IEM), a subsidiary of Ali & Sons Holding LLC and the official representative of MG in the UAE, is recruiting experienced automotive professionals for career opportunities in after-sales service. Location: MG Service Centre – Al Quoz, Dubai.

Inter Emirates Motors is a subsidiary of Ali & Sons Holding that has partnered with MG since late 2020. The company operates six showrooms and five service centres across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Al Ain. The after-sales team comprises almost 100 representatives dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service throughout the buying journey.
MG is a British motor brand established in the 1920s with a prestigious heritage and global presence across multiple vehicle segments.
Role Purpose
Inter Emirates Motors is seeking experienced automotive professionals to join the MG after-sales team, delivering exceptional workshop performance and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Diagnostics
- Deliver high standards of customer service and workshop performance as a Service Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
Leadership
- Lead and manage workshop operations and team performance as a Team Leader.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive automotive after-sales expertise required.
- Experience as a Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Team Leader.
