Role Purpose

To maintain product visibility, availability, and compliance at retail points of sale through installation of marketing materials, inventory management, shelf maintenance, and competitive monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Display

• Install point-of-sale materials.
• Implement sales planograms and maintain shelves in accordance with shelf rent agreements.

Shelf Management & Compliance

• Ensure all company products in all sizes and packaging are present on shelves.
• Ensure correctness of shelf prices.
• Remove damaged or dirty packets from shelves and return defected items to the company.

Inventory & Documentation

• Conduct monthly inventory of the point-of-sale.
• Fill customer cards properly.

Market Intelligence

• Report competitor movement to the merchandising unit head.

Pricing Operations

• Perform price fishing when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum high school degree.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in similar and related field.
