Mercer KSA Graduate Programme 2026: Grow Our Own is a one-year graduate development programme with Marsh McLennan, running from October 2026 to October 2027, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

This programme is designed to launch your career as a future leader in HR consulting and organizational transformation. You will learn by doing, work with the best, and help clients navigate the people challenges of today and tomorrow through a structured 12-month rotation across high-impact teams and practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Project Delivery

• Deliver hands-on experience with local, regional and multinational clients on real consulting projects.

Learning & Development

• Participate in cross-functional projects and business rotations to build critical skills.
• Engage with technical workshops, behavioural skills training, certifications, and eLearning.
• Build a broad network of experts and mentors to support your growth.

Practice Exposure

• Rotate across high-impact teams in various practice areas over 12 months, gaining broad exposure to Mercer's diverse consulting practices.
• Gain exposure to multiple disciplines including Organization Transformation, Talent Assessment & Leadership Development, Executive & Workforce Rewards, and Products & Solutions before choosing your specialization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recent university graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Passion for HR, transformation, and business consulting.
• Curious, collaborative, and ready to learn.

Additional Information

Programme Structure

• 50% Experience: On-the-job learning, cross-functional projects, business rotations.
• 30% Training: Technical workshops, behavioural skills, certifications, eLearning.
• 20% Relationships: Mentoring, networking, and engagement with senior leaders.

Work Arrangements

• Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office.
• All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
• Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
