Role Overview

MEP Supervisor position with Al Shirawi Group.

Role Purpose

Supervise daily site operations and ensure efficient execution of MEP work through material management, quality control, and labor optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day work at site.
• Control labor allocation and utilization.

Material Management

• Provide quantification for materials required.
• Check delivered material as per DO and MAS approval.

Quality & Coordination

• Check drawings and provide feedback in line with site conditions.
• Avoid rework through proactive quality control.
• Optimize effective material utilization.
